This compromises stability, especially in sudden speed direction changes, because a large base opening. The core musculature intimately involved with body balance; however, there lack studies verifying impact training this region on balance athletes. Objective To explore influence strengthening fitness college players. Methods 12 players were selected randomly divided into control group an experimental group. performed training, while practiced traditional strength training. After six weeks, basic skills compared between groups. Data statistically treated discussed confronting literature. Results obtained higher fast dribbling passes shots than before experiment (P<0.05), was no significant difference indicators ( P>0.05); had approach height (P>0.05). Conclusion Core can improve Evidence level II; Therapeutic Studies - Investigating results.
